Maize & Blue on Broadway was a gala concert on May 16, 2016, at Broadway's August Wilson Theatre, celebrating the University of Michigan Department of Musical Theatre and paying special tribute to longtime department chair Brent Wagner on the occasion of his retirement.
This legendary evening was attended by more than 80% of all students who graduated from Michigan's prestigious musical theatre department, and raised more than $150,000 for the
Michigan Musical Theatre Ambassador Endowment Fund.
